Our team of expert trainers are certified and experienced in a wide range of academic, fitness and performing art disciplines. They are passionate about helping our members achieve their goals and are available to provide personalized training programs and advice.
Our health club is conveniently located in the heart of the city of Matteson, IL making it easy to fit fitness into your busy schedule. We offer flexible hours, kids karate classes, dance, fitness classes, academic enrichment (tutoring/homework help) and an amazing summer camp program sure to empower and strengthen each child.
Are you ready for Summer Camp 2024 DREAM? Serving youth from PreK-5th grade. 6th-8th grade students may participate under our youth mentorship program. The cost is $100 a week which includes lunch, am/pm snack, karate/dance training weekly, bi-weekly field trips (extra fee), academic enrichment and fitness classes all taught by qualified and certified teachers with over 20 plus years of experience. Limited spots.
Camp will be held at Marya Yates Elementary School in Matteson, IL.
Scholarships will be provided based on donations received. Don't let the price keep you from sending your kids.
